So who is A.W.Autotech Ltd?

Started and run by Alan Wallace, A.W.Autotech have been in business for 11 years now, they originally set up premises at Links Road opposite the Beach in Aberdeen and were there for 3 years. They then moved to St Peters Street and have been there for many years till recently moving to much improved premises at Ardarroch Road.
The company initially started out by offering fault finding repairs i.e. not starting, poor running, Tuning faults, but this soon changed when they moved to St Peters Street when they installed an MOT bay and diversified into servicing and repairs to complement what they already offered.
They became a Bosch Service centre and an official Superchips agent offering customers that little bit more. They have a team of 4 highly trained mechanics with one that stands out, that being the workshop foreman Kevin Arthur. Kevin has over 25 years BMW experience (Ex Dealer) and is Alpina approved, so you can imagine that Kevin knows a thing or 2 about BMW and can pass that experience on to the other guys.

A little about Alan Wallace.

Alan served his time at Harpers in Union glen as a mechanic before going self employed. He spent 6 years at Taylors auto electrical running the tuning department, He then trained as a Bosch service technician which helps when it comes to BMW as most are Bosch Systems, Part of his job involved Rolling road tuning.
Alan is also involved in Motorsport and because of this he does allot of work to competition cars. He has competed in The Scottish Tarmac championship for many years and The Aberdeen and district motor club championship.

What does the future hold?

A.W.Autotech`s aim has always been that they can fix it, no matter the job. Having great customer care and a great reputation is always highest on the list too. They recently fitted a supercharger to Club Member Graeme Watson`s Z4 and intend offering more services in the future including Brake conversions ect,So as well as offering MOT,Manufacturers specification services and Repairs they will turn their hands to anything, So if it’s a Supercharger,Exhuast,Brake or suspension upgrade then give Alan and his team a call
